We take a transparent 20% platform fee, plus a ~4% card processing fee that's passed straight through — never marked up. That leaves you roughly 76% of the service price, and you keep 100% of any tip (minus its own small processing cost). No hidden cuts.
For color and other product-heavy services, a separate materials fee is added to the client's price and passed to you in full — it's not subject to the platform fee, and there's nothing to submit or get reimbursed for.
Know someone else who'd be a good fit? For every referral who signs up and completes a booking, your own platform fee drops from 20% to 15% for a full month. Refer three people, get three months at the lower rate.

GOLDEN GLAM is a technology platform, not a salon, barbershop, or staffing agency. We provide lead generation and customer referrals, booking and scheduling management, and payment processing. The actual haircut, color, shave, manicure, or other service is agreed to and performed entirely between you (the customer) and an independent, licensed Pro — a separate business, not our employee or agent. GOLDEN GLAM and Timeless Care Group LLC are not a party to that service agreement and do not perform, supervise, or guarantee the service itself.
1. Acceptance of terms. By booking a service through GOLDEN GLAM, you agree to these terms. GOLDEN GLAM is operated by Timeless Care Group LLC.
2. The service. GOLDEN GLAM operates a marketplace platform only. We provide lead generation and customer referrals, booking and scheduling management, and payment processing that connects you with independent, licensed service providers ("Pros"). The service itself — the haircut, color, shave, manicure, etc. — is provided under a direct agreement between you and the Pro, formed at the time of booking. Pros are independent contractors, not employees or agents of GOLDEN GLAM or Timeless Care Group LLC, and GOLDEN GLAM is not a party to, and does not guarantee, the underlying service agreement between you and your Pro.
3. Booking, pricing & payment. Prices shown before booking are starting estimates. Your final price is based on your location and the day/time of your appointment, and is shown before you confirm. Certain services may include a separate materials fee, paid in full to your Pro. Payment is collected through our payment processor at time of booking.
4. Memberships & recurring billing. Membership plans renew monthly until cancelled. Included visits do not roll over if skipped. You may cancel anytime effective at the end of the current billing period, and may adjust your tip percentage at any time.
5. Cancellations. Please cancel or reschedule as far in advance as possible so your Pro can rebook the time. Repeated late cancellations may affect your ability to book in the future.
6. Tipping. A suggested tip is shown at checkout and can be adjusted. 100% of tips go to your Pro.
7. Your responsibilities. You agree to provide a safe environment for your Pro to work in and to give accurate information about the service location and any relevant access needs.
8. Independent contractor relationship; limitation of liability. GOLDEN GLAM and Timeless Care Group LLC act solely as a booking, referral, and payment platform and do not perform, direct, or supervise any service. Services are performed entirely by independent Pros under their own direct agreement with you, not by GOLDEN GLAM or Timeless Care Group LLC. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GOLDEN GLAM's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable booking, and does not extend to the performance of the underlying service by the Pro.
9. Disputes. If an issue comes up, contact us first so we can try to resolve it directly.
10. Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the service after a change means you accept the update.

1. Independent contractor relationship. GOLDEN GLAM and Timeless Care Group LLC operate solely as a lead generation, customer referral, booking management, and payment processing platform. We are not a salon, barbershop, or staffing agency, and we do not employ, direct, or supervise Pros. As a Pro on GOLDEN GLAM, you are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or partner of GOLDEN GLAM or Timeless Care Group LLC. The service agreement for each booking is formed directly between you and the client; GOLDEN GLAM is not a party to that agreement. You control how, when, and whether you provide services.
2. Eligibility & licensing. You must hold a current, valid license appropriate to the services you offer, and any required mobile or in-home service registration in the state where you work. You must upload a copy of your license for review and keep it current; providing false or expired licensing information is grounds for immediate removal from the platform.
3. Platform fee. GOLDEN GLAM charges a 20% platform fee plus a payment processing fee (passed through at cost, currently ~4%) on each completed booking. Where applicable, a separate materials fee is passed to you in full and is not subject to the platform fee.
4. Background check & client safety. You consent to a background check as a condition of joining the platform. You agree to treat clients — many of whom are older adults — with care, patience, and respect.
5. Insurance. You are responsible for maintaining any insurance appropriate to your work (e.g., general liability). GOLDEN GLAM may provide information about optional insurance partners, but coverage is your responsibility.
6. Non-circumvention. Clients are introduced to you through GOLDEN GLAM. You agree not to solicit a client you met through the platform to book or pay you directly, outside the platform, for the services GOLDEN GLAM offers.
7. Referral program. If you refer another Pro who joins and completes a booking, your own platform fee is reduced from 20% to 15% for one month per successful referral, under whatever additional terms are posted on the site from time to time.
8. Termination. Either you or GOLDEN GLAM may end this relationship at any time. GOLDEN GLAM may suspend or remove your access immediately for safety concerns, expired licensing, or violation of these terms.
9. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify GOLDEN GLAM and Timeless Care Group LLC against claims arising from the services you personally perform.
